The Hyperlab analyser is a robotic multiparametric system designed to perform automated enzymatic and colorimetric analyses.

It is the ideal instrument for complete control of winemaking processes, allowing musts and wines to be analysed at every stage.

With extraordinary sensitivity, the Hyperlab reads the absorbance of the reaction product and converts it into concentration using sophisticated calculation algorithms. Integrated wash cycles between each aspiration and dispensation cycle prevent any cross-contamination between samples and reagents.

The Flash automatic titrator is the ideal bench instrument for performing the widest range of titrations with simplicity and precision: acid/base as well as control of Free and Total Sulphur Dioxide in wine.

With the aid of the autosampler, more than 15 samples can be analysed simultaneously.

We guarantee the most accurate alcoholic strength value by performing steam distillation, followed by a densimetric reading of the distillate obtained using the hydrostatic balance.

The same instrument can also determine total dry extract and Babo or Brix density (depending on request) of musts.

EasyCheck is the latest innovation for determining tartaric and calcium stability in wines.

Tartaric stabilisation is linked to precipitation phenomena caused by potassium and tartaric acid present in the wine.

Precipitation is a slow process that can occur after the wine is bottled, once it reaches consumer shelves.

This phenomenon causes no organoleptic damage to the wine but, from a visual standpoint, the product is not considered quality and is not accepted by an increasingly demanding consumer and market.

Determined using the classic heat test, bringing the wine sample to 80°C.

At this temperature the proteins in the sample denature, precipitating and increasing turbidity, which is then quantified and read using a turbidimeter.
